ABOUT US
Climate & She is a youth-led initiative driven by the belief that climate change is not gender-neutral, and that women often bear its heaviest, most invisible burdens. We work at the intersection of climate, gender, health, and safety to amplify the voices of the common woman navigating a rapidly changing environment amidst uncertain social and political realities.We question what is ignored, challenge what is normalized, and create space for conversations that are too often pushed aside. Through research, storytelling, community engagement, and on-ground action, we aim to unpack how environmental stress shapes women’s lives, bodies, and experiences, especially in urban settings.Our mission is to educate, empower, and elevate the people of today for a better tomorrow by building awareness, fostering dialogue, and pushing for change that is informed, inclusive, and rooted in care. We are here to pause the noise, start the conversations, and stand for those who are rarely centered.Pause for a Cause.
